Prices per week for 1 or 2 person(s), including charges.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen is provided.
Renting for a minimum of 3 nights (subject to availability)
A cleaning fee is asked for 35 Euros.
All rentals subject to a contract and an inventory of the input and the output.
30% deposit on booking. The balance is due 3 weeks before your arrival.
If canceled less than 15 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
In case of shortened stay, all remain due.
A deposit of 350 euros is asked at your arrival, and given back within a month after your departure, except if there is repairs to do or new equipment to buy, the amount will be deducted from the deposit.
Possibility of payement via PAYPAL.
